Digium Single pan PRI card is not working. It doesnt boot up. Dahdi version is 2.10 and 2.11. in both of the machine same problem. it workes with other machine. what can possibly go wrong. please advise.
Without know what model of card it is, the most likely issue is with the difference in DAHDI versions. If the card works on the machine running 2.11 but not on the machine running 2.10 then it is most likely one of our newer cards that will ONLY run on 2.11 and later. Simply upgrading DAHDI should resolve this problem. If this does not fix the issue then I would suggest opening up a ticket with us as this forum is not the best way to troubleshoot in-depth problems.
Just by plugging in the card, there is no problem. When all modules are loaded and in production, the system will hang. Have tried 32-bit and 64-bit Centos 6 and Centos 7. Kernel upgraded, downgraded, Intel microcode added and removed, Dahdi 2.6, 2.10, 2.11, Asterisk 11 and 12. Problem is still there.
