Distinctive ringtone for transfer calls

Is it possible to configure a distinctive ringtone for transferred calls?  We have dug through the configuration items for DigiumCloud but have not been able to find a combination of settings that accomplish this.  Our phones are all Digium D40s.

The only way to do this would be to blind transfer to an IVR that sets a ring hint, then dials the extension you actually want to transfer to.

In the extension the IVR dials go to features > phone features > ring rules and create a ring rule to for a distinctive ringtone with that ring hint that was attached in the IVR.

Unfortunately, that means, for example, the user would have to transfer to and IVR (such as x2222) to actually transfer to x222.
