speed dial
How can i set a speed dial number ? Example i have a IVR number 5555, but i just want press 6 for call to this IVR. Thanks !

If you want your users to just press 6 to go to x5555, go to setup > outgoing calls and create a new outgoing call rule.
Number begins with 6, there are zero to zero digits, trim one digit and prepend 5555.
Use 'internal' as the provider.
