How do I adjust the page a Rapid Dial contact shows up on?

I'm looking at the Switchvox web interface, and I'm on the Rapid Dial entry page.  I can click and drag to sort numbers up and down, but I'm only able to see 15 numbers per page.  So for example, how would I get a number from position 30 to position 1?  I feel like I'm missing something obvious here.

We are on version 6.2.1 if that is important.

When you click on the entry's green arrow to drag it, you'll see a bubble pop up to the left of the arrow that says "Drag here to set row position."  Drag your cursor there, release, and you'll see a pop-up window that allows you to set first, last or a specific position.

And how do I do this if the contact is showing up on page three. I can't drag it from one page to the next.
