What does "no interfaces" mean for your line of analog modular cards?

Does it mean they are not configured as either FXS or FX0?

OK, I understand the question better now. Thank you for clarifying. The no interfaces means that specific model of card does not ship with any modules. That link is referencing to a TDM410 (4 port analog card) and you can purchase the base card with different combinations of modules. The ones that say "no interfaces", simply means that card does not ship with any interfaces such as FXO and FXS modules.

Roxanne,

Without knowing exactly where you see this, I can only take an educated guess. Please correct me if I'm wrong here but I believe you might be seeing this message under the Server > Telephony cards > modify TDM (analog card)? If this is the case, the message indicates that the TDM card is installed but the software is not detecting any modules on the TDM card such as the FXO and FXS.

You may also be seeing this under Setup > Channel group > Creating a Channel group. If no modules are found, the typical error you will see is 'There aren't any channels on this device'.

I apologize for not being specific.

I was inquiring about your line of products:

I don't understand what it means by "no interfaces" in the name of some of the cards. What makes them different from the cards with Station and/or Trunk interfaces?
