AllTDM410 load failed on VMWare ESXi 5.1

I can't load TDM410 on my Elastix VM machine.
I have attached all necessary infomation.
Is there any limitation with TDM410 with ESXi 5.1 ?

I've been running an Asterisk server on ESXi 5.1 with a Digium X100P without issues. I've now upgraded to a TDM410 but the VM won't start. I got that exact kernel panic while starting DAHDI.
I've tried reinstalling Asterisk x86 and Asterisk x64. Also Elastix. All crash the same way.
I've tried ESXi 5.5 and ESXi 6.0, but the VM won't even start with updated versions of VMware.
I know the hardware is not in the VMware compatibility guide, but having my Asterisk server virtualized is a must. It's a waste of space and power to have a dedicated server for Asterisk.
