This page allows users to retrieve voicemails and/or recordings based on the parameters provided below:
Search Parameters
Date Range:
• Specify the start and end dates of the call.
• Users can either manually enter the date in the `mm/dd/yyyy` format or click on the calendar icon next to the field to select the date.
Caller ID or Caller Name:
• Search for recordings by entering either a Caller ID or a Caller Name.
• If no input is provided, this filter is not applied.
Type:
• Select between "All","Voicemail", or "Recordings".
• By default, "All" option is selected.
Results
If no matches are found, users will see the message: There are no voicemail and/or recordings available based on this criteria.
Table Details
Each retrieved message includes the following details:
• The date and time the message was left.
• The Caller ID of the caller (if available).
• The type of file, voicemail or recording.
• The original mailbox where the message was left (messages may have been forwarded to you by a co-worker).
• The duration of the message.
• Click the "Download" button next to the desired message.
Doing so will mark the message as Read (the message will no longer appear in bold).
